Building Permits
If you are planning to do some building and constructing, including fencing, retaining walls, carports, gazebos, shed, patios, etc., you will need zoning clearance. Please call Stephen Durrant at (435) 749-0440 if you have any questions before you start your project to save time and additional fees if no permit is obtained. Roofs needing to be re-shingled or re-roofed need building permits and inspections under Utah Code. Building Permits can be obtained at Orangeville City Hall during business hours.
